Spring into Wellness Fair

Sturdy is holding a FREE Health and Wellness Fair which will include pulmonary function testing, blood pressure measurements, screening for obstructive sleep apnea,
foot screenings, balance evaluations, lung cancer risk assessments, diabetes risk assessments and more. Take this opportunity to speak with an expert, undergo a health evaluation,
and gain beneficial health and wellness information. Giveaways and informational materials will be distributed. All attendees will be entered into a raffle. Refreshments will be provided.

Our eight-week wellness exercise program is designed to improve your physical conditioning through individual exercise prescriptions,

Strength Training After Breast Cancer (Strength ABC)
First Monday of the Month

Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center
Program cost: $60
Strength ABC, led by Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Nancy Hardy and Exercise Program Coordinator, Sherri-Lee Cahill, is a gradual weight training program designed for all breast cancer survivors.
Sessions begin on the first Monday of every month. Eligibility for the program will be determined through an evaluation. The cost of the program is $60. For more information please
"Healthy-Steps" For Cancer Patients

The FREE "Healthy-Steps" exercise and movement program for cancer patients is a six-week program held on Mondays and Thursdays. "Healthy-Steps"
is a therapeutic exercise program, which combines gentle movements, dance, and music to improve overall wellness, range of motion, balance,
strength, and endurance, as well as emotional wellbeing and self-image. The class is taught by a certified Lebed Method instructor.

New Moms Group

Michael J. Poissant Clinical Education Center
A FREE New Moms Group is offered for women with babies between the ages of two weeks and 12 months.
Participants have the opportunity to talk about their growing babies, discuss concerns and expectations, share tips, and more.
