FREE Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Informational Session

Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation (PFMR) treats a wide range of bladder disorders in a noninvasive, painless way. Dr. Barbara Stricker-Friedman along with Physician Assistant Barbara Baxter, from the Center for Bladder & Pelvic Health at OB/GYN Associates of Attleboro, will present this FREE program. Join us for refreshments and information about bladder treatments including PFMR. A question and answer session will follow the presentation. The event will also include a raffle. Sturdy’s Wellness Weight Management Program, in collaboration with Brigham and Women’s Center for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, will be hosting FREE information sessions. If diet and exercise have not worked, or you’ve developed life-threatening medical conditions because of excess weight, it may be time to consider weight loss surgery. Exercise Wellness Program

Hospital Cardiac Pulmonary Exercise Facility

Our eight-week wellness exercise program is designed to improve your physical conditioning through individual exercise prescriptions, clinical supervision, aerobic and strength training, dietary guidance and assistance with smoking cessation. Strength Training After Breast Cancer (Strength ABC)

Program cost: $60
Strength ABC, led by Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Nancy Hardy and Exercise Program Coordinator, Sherri-Lee Cahill, is a gradual weight training program designed for all breast cancer survivors. Sessions begin on the first Monday of every month. Eligibility for the program will be determined through an evaluation. The cost of the program is $60. For more information please

"Healthy-Steps" For Cancer Patients

The FREE "Healthy-Steps" exercise and movement program for cancer patients is a six-week program held on Mondays and Thursdays. "Healthy-Steps" is a therapeutic exercise program, which combines gentle movements, dance, and music to improve overall wellness, range of motion, balance, strength, and endurance, as well as emotional wellbeing and self-image. The class is taught by a certified Lebed Method instructor. Registration is required. For more information and to register,

New Moms Group

A FREE New Moms Group is offered for women with babies between the ages of two weeks and 12 months. Participants have the opportunity to talk about their growing babies, discuss concerns and expectations, share tips, and more. The group meets every Wednesday, and participants can join at any time.
